Naturally, our main objective in the Sales team is to generate leads and ensure those leads turn into successful customers. We follow an account-based sales approach and build long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust. As we are operating in a market with few competitors, it is not “just” a matter of convincing customers to use a different tool, but to transfer their "traditional" processes into the digital world in partnership with us.
How we work
We take our time and intensively diagnose the needs and pain points by going through discovery sessions with potential customers. We furthermore hold workshops with them to show the value of our platform based on real data from the company. We use several tools such as Pipe Drive in order to track our accounts and the progress of their sales stages. Through this we can manage and conduct contact with the accounts through emails, and phone calls. In addition, Whatsapp, Linkedin, and other means of Social Media deem highly useful.
In order to maintain the team spirit and ensure everyone is on the same page with regard to all progressing accounts and to learn from each other, we have monthly sales workshops. These workshops are not only productive but also quite refreshing. They usually start with morning coffees, lead through with lunch with the entire team, and end with dining outside.
