Our mission
Naturally, our main objective in the Sales team is to generate leads and ensure those leads turn into successful customers. We follow an account-based sales approach and build long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust. As we are operating in a market with few competitors, it is not “just” a matter of convincing customers to use a different tool, but to transfer their "traditional" processes into the digital world in partnership with us.

- Make an impact through outreach—calls, emails, and direct engagement to build relationships
- Help shape the deal flow—laying the groundwork for successful sales cycles
- Present solutions that matter—show customers how Metalshub solves their challenges
- Be hands-on—create presentations, build materials, and actively contribute to business growth
- Represent Metalshub at international industry events and networking opportunities

- Experience over years—first experience with enterprise customers and outreach is key
