Naturally, our main objective in the Sales team is to generate leads and ensure those leads turn into successful customers. We follow an account-based sales approach and build long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust. As we are operating in a market with few competitors, it is not “just” a matter of convincing customers to use a different tool, but to transfer their "traditional" processes into the digital world in partnership with us.

Your Tasks:
  • Own the first stage of the sales cycle—identify, qualify, and engage potential customers worldwide
  • Make an impact through outreach—calls, emails, and direct engagement to build relationships
  • Help shape the deal flow—laying the groundwork for successful sales cycles
  • Present solutions that matter—show customers how Metalshub solves their challenges
  • Be hands-on—create presentations, build materials, and actively contribute to business growth
  • Represent Metalshub at international industry events and networking opportunities

YOUR SKILLSET

  • Experience over years—first experience with enterprise customers and outreach is key
  • Resilience & positivity—you know how to handle rejection and keep going
  • Strong communicator—you enjoy engaging with people and influencing decisions
  • Growth mindset—you’re eager to learn and develop into a full-cycle account Executive
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proactive & hands-on—you take initiative, build what’s needed, and make things happen
  • Fluent in English (C1+)
