We are responsible for building long-lasting relationships with our customers. In order to develop the best ideas, we challenge our team members’ creativity in weekly alignments on how to tackle our customers’ pain points. We meet for team nights on a monthly basis, preferably together with other teams that we closely work together with.
How we work
Once a customer decides to use Metalshub, we lay out a plan on how to enable the company, the entire team and our customer’s business partners to get familiar with our solutions. As we strongly believe in the value Metalshub brings, we want to make sure that our tool is used in the intended way. With extensive training and ongoing support, our international team engages in projects together with our customers to unlock the value in their supply chains and make using Metalshub a great success.
In Customer Success, we ensure a fast time-to-value for our key customers. Our dedicated Customer Success Managers make sure that promises are kept and new value levers for our customers will be identified and tackled. This is why we are exchanging ideas with our Data Scientists and Product Managers on a daily basis to develop, test and implement new features together with our customers.
