We are a diverse team of Engineers (Frontend, Backend and Data Science) from six different nations. As our team not only consists of Dusseldorf-based engineers we are working fully remote, though we still meet in the office for company meetings, brainstorming sessions and team events. It is thus not required to live in Dusseldorf or nearby, we are happy to collaborate with colleagues from all around the world.

Our goal is to solve actual problems which our customers in the metals and mining industry are facing every day. We do so by developing our great platform together with the product team.
How we work
Process
We are following the Scrum methodology which consists in our case of a 2-week sprint, a kick-off meeting, a ready-for-sprint meeting, a retro meeting and daily stand-ups. Additionally, we have inter-team estimations where we discuss different technical solutions in order to get the best results for our customers. Due to our interdisciplinary approach, we are working very closely with Product and Customer Success, although we of course also talk to Sales on a regular basis. ;) Working remotely, communication is more important to us than ever. We therefore embrace our feedback culture and don’t shy away from addressing when something doesn’t go as smoothly as planned.
