At Metalshub, we leverage the OKR methodology to help us execute our strategy on a quarterly basis. Finding the right drumbeat of planning & alignment meetings while staying efficient and agile is not easy. In the end, we found that with dedicated functional owners and an institutionalized quarterly cascade we were able to strike the right balance and guide the teams along our strategic roadmap.
Know-Your-Customer (KYC)
At Metalshub, we have numerous active parties on our platform. To ensure these companies are adhering to the latest regulations, standards and do not violate any sanctions, we conduct a thorough due diligence process known as KYC. This process is continuously optimized and updated by the team to make sure the highest level of diligence is applied.
