Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

We are responsible for building long-lasting relationships with our customers. In order to develop the best ideas, we challenge our team members’ creativity in weekly alignments on how to tackle our customers’ pain points. We meet for team nights on a monthly basis, preferably together with other teams that we closely work together with.
- Drive innovation and engagement through technology in our customer’s organisations
- Independently manage the customer onboarding processes: Lead the implementation of scalable onboarding processes & build relationships with key decision makers and influencers in our rapidly growing customer base
- Continuously engage with decision makers in the organisations of our customers helping them with their digital transformation
- Coordinate implementation projects of new features for customers
- Actively shape the growth traction of Metalshub: Develop customer success stories with our sales and marketing team through case studies, joint publications, testimonials, referrals with our existing customer base
- You bring 4+ years of work experience in driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment, like management consulting, project management or a start-up environment
- ‘Customer first’ mindset - a deeply rooted passion to understand our customers’ needs and help them achieve their goals
- Excellent and proactive communication skills in English language to build trust, drive engagement and communicate decisions based on data
- Confidence and skillset to engage with decision makers and executives
- Project management experience to drive a growing number of customer projects with the ability to meet deadlines
