YOUR MISSION
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aimed at scaling our business, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and new revenue streams.
- Work closely with Product, and Marketing teams to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, optimize sales processes, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead strategic projects to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and position Metalshub as a leading digital solution in the metals industry.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for expansion into new products, services, and regions.
- Collaborate on the development of pricing strategies, leveraging data and market trends to enhance profitability and product adoption.
- Provide leadership and support on key initiatives, aligning business objectives with overall company strategy.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure effective communication, coordination, and delivery of commercial projects.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You have more than 3 years of experience in commercial strategy, project management, or consultancy, preferably within a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or industrial sector.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies (SQL or advanced Excel skills are a plus).
- You are a strategic thinker who can also execute projects, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- You are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different departments.
- Experience in the metals, mining, or industrial commodities sector is an advantage, but not essential.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working on innovative projects that drive growth.
