We follow an account-based sales approach and build long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust. As we are operating in a market with few competitors, it is not “just” a matter of convincing customers to use a different tool, but to transfer their "traditional" processes into the digital world in partnership with us.

YOUR MISSION
- Take ownership and responsibility for large, complex, highly visible and strategic accounts
- Define and execute the Metalshub strategy for trading with our Supply Chain solution
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification, complex technical scoping and commercial discussions
- Grow our brand by building strong industry relations and work with industry associations and executives
- Build an effective sales team by aligning closely with our Customer Success Managers
- Work closely with our product, marketing, and technology organisation to provide the best possible solutions for our customers
- Drive leading technologies in areas like sustainability and price data management
- Represent Metalshub at relevant in-person and virtual industry events
YOUR SKILLSET
- You bring relevant experience in selling digital solutions in a traditional B2B industry, interact successfully at the C-Level and navigate large organisations strategically
- You have had measurable successes in your previous roles with selling digital solutions to industry customers
- You are experienced in Project Management and know how to handle complex situations and challenges
- You feel comfortable in discussing complex software solutions on a business level
- You are aware of the key performance metrics mirroring a successful sales process
- You are a highly driven individual and team player with ambition and commitment
- You bring excellent PowerPoint skills and know how to display complex solution in an ordered manner
- You have profound communication skills in English and German (spoken and written)
