YOUR MISSION
- Take responsibility for our holistic Brand, Communications & Event strategy and activities
- Build strong relationships to media and potential cooperation partners in the industry
- Conceptualize, plan and realise our internal events and organise our participation in industry events and conferences through speaker placement and sponsoring
- Enhance and optimise marketing analytics, measurement, and reporting capabilities, to achieve ambitious and efficient growth targets
- Oversee all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives
- Provide leadership and mentorship to our team of marketing professionals, growing it and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
YOUR SKILLSET
- You bring 5+ years of marketing management experience in the metals and mining industry
- A track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition at scale
- Excellent communication and presentation skills help you to approach potential partners and build strong relationships with clients
- You are a charismatic personality with experience presenting at industry events
- Strong at formulating and executing marketing strategy in very close collaboration with Product and Sales
- Proven expertise in people management, hiring, development and performance management
- You are fluent in English as well as in German (spoken and written)
