YOUR MISSION
- Manage our Product Development in implementing the Product & Services Strategy for Metalshub
- Coordinate the implementation/platform development with the IT team
- Organise and update the digital sprint planning of the product development team
- Drive customer research and testing in order to develop new value adding features for our platform
- Align with the management team and major stakeholders with regards to the product roadmap headcount planning
YOUR SKILLSET
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Product Management or similar
- Hypothesis-led problem solving skills and strategic thinking
- Attention to details, rigorous execution skills and high ambition to learn and excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Experience in working with agile frameworks (Scrum / Product Owner, Kanban)
- Hands-on personality willing to go the extra mile
