Our mission

We are constantly developing new features to make our platform better and help the metals industry move towards green metals and a more sustainable future. Our product development processes resemble a tightly choreographed dance. Our product roadmap is defined by team OKRs and customer contracts. We interview customers, identify needs, and translate them into user stories. Our Product Designers then research user flows and evaluate solutions with our Product Management and Data Scientist.

YOUR MISSION

You are the link between all of our teams (especially Sales / Customer Success and software engineering) and will translate business requirements & customer pain-points to solutions i.e. product features
Together with our internal teams, you coordinate requirements, shape the product vision and develop implementation plans for our customers
In collaboration with the Head of Product and other stakeholders, you design the product strategy and roadmap
During sprints you support our software developers in the implementation of the corresponding features
After a sprint, you present the product result to all of your colleagues and are available for further internal trainings
In addition, we have many big and small ideas in mind for which you can take responsibility

YOUR SKILLSET

You have 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner or in a similar role
You have practical experience working with customer facing and engineering teams
You demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to get people excited about our product vision
You solve problems in a hypothesis-driven way and are a ruthless executer
You can balance your passion for detail with your rigorous delivery skills
You have a strong sense of ambition and a willingness to constantly learn & grow
You are fluent in English (good german skills are a plus)
