YOUR MISSION
- Together with our Senior Product Designer Amparo you will optimize our design processes and design system
- You work closely with our developers and the product team throughout the whole product development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of the best possible user experience
- You create mockups & prototypes to communicate and test user flows with different stakeholders
- You enhance user journeys, track user experience metrics, and map the success of UX improvements
- You facilitate Workshops for problem definition, scoping, solution exploration, and user testing
YOUR SKILLSET
- You bring 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- You have a solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD), rapid prototyping, user research & testing, and the ability to translate this data into design
- You are familiar with analytical tools such as Redash, Hotjar, etc.
- You have expertise in standard UX software like Figma, Sketch, etc.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written), German skills are a plus
