Our small but powerful Marketing Team works closely together to achieve mutual marketing goals. We create and implement digital marketing, brand management, public relation and customer outreach strategies through planning based on data and industry knowledge.

Our mission

The Marketing Team plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of the organization. We are coordinating and producing all (digital) materials representing the business. It is our responsibility to reach out to partners, customers and the community while creating an overarching image that represents our company. We develop and implement strategies to promote brand awareness and drive sales of our products and services.

YOUR MISSION

Take an active part in our overall marketing strategy to increase the impact of Metalshub within the industry
Identify and execute effective marketing activities, generating demand, sales leads and value-adding partnerships
Ensure a clear positioning and communication realizing PR, Content and Branding initiatives from creation to delivery & tracking
Focus on Account Based Marketing and bring customers in the center of what we do in order to target the key decision makers
Conceptualize and realize our internal events such as our Metalshub Summit and organize our participation in industry events and conferences
Work in close collaboration with your team lead as well as our leadership team to strengthen our strategic workforce

YOUR SKILLSET

You bring 3+ years of experience in the field of B2B marketing, ideally in start-up environment
Your creative mind is paired with an analytical and data driven approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills help you to approach potential partners and build strong relationships with clients
You have profound practice in creating and reviewing content for multiple channels (social media, blog, virtual events, PR and media)
You are a highly driven and hands-on individual with ambition and commitment to take ownership
Impeccable language skills in German and English – both written and spoken complete your profile
