We follow an account-based sales approach and build long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust. As we are operating in a market with few competitors, it is not “just” a matter of convincing customers to use a different tool, but to transfer their "traditional" processes into the digital world in partnership with us.

YOUR MISSION
- Execute the Metalshub sales strategy for our Supply Chain solution in Central Europe together with your colleagues
- Take over our European key accounts and grow ARR in longterm partnerships
- Expand the customer base in our strongest (home) market
- Support in end-to-end sales cycles from identification and qualification of potential customers over complex technical scoping to negotiation and closing of ARR generating contracts
- Present solutions for customer problems that need to be solved
- Build strong long-term industry relations and work with top-level industry executives
- Work closely with our technical sales and product teams to customise offerings and provide the best possible solutions for our customers
- Represent Metalshub at relevant in-person and virtual industry events
YOUR SKILLSET
- You bring ~3 year of relevant sales experience (ideally in a B2B software company)
- You gained first experience in successful sales processes in Central European markets and are very familiar with the specifics of the local cultures
- You have the ability to build excellent customer relationships across all management levels
- You feel comfortable discussing complex software solutions on a business level
- You are a highly motivated and ambitious person who can work independently, but also a helpful and committed team player
- You are a fast learner and able to quickly understand complex set-ups
- You are a great communicator in English and German
