We meet for team nights on a monthly basis, preferably together with other teams that we closely work together with.

YOUR MISSION
- Drive the process mapping with new and existing customers & support in mid to late sales stage
- Be the first technical contact for the customer with regard to module description and usage
- Be the internal product ambassador, responsible for internal product demos for the sales team & defining best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by managing the interface between customer-facing functions and product to ensure successful project delivery
- Build trusted relationships with customers, industry experts, partners and strategic third parties to enable and ensure 360 degree Customer Discovery
YOUR SKILLSET
- You bring 1+ years of work experience in driving outcomes in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, experience in a B2B start-up environment is a plus
- 'Customer first' mindset - a deeply rooted passion to understand our customers’ needs and help them achieve their goals
- Excellent and proactive communication skills in both English and German to build trust and drive engagement, other languages are a plus
- Profound experience in working with tools like Pipedrive, Figma & Notion
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
