YOUR MISSION
- Help us publish new job ads and take over the pre-screening of incoming applications
- Assist in identifying potential talents via Social Media channels and arouse their interest in working with us
- Support the team with operational tasks & take over the coordination of interviews (with hiring managers)
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding campaigns & coordination of recruiting events to attract and retain top talent
- Provide support for various People & Culture projects and initiatives as needed
YOUR SKILLSET
- You are an advanced semester student in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
- You gained first experience in recruiting and Employer Branding topics, ideally within a startup environment
- You enjoy communicating with others & have interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members
- Your work is characterised by structured and analytical working methods combined with reliability and ambition
- You bring distinct communication skills in German and in English
