Our mission
We are responsible for building long-lasting relationships with our customers. In order to develop the best ideas, we challenge our team members’ creativity in weekly alignments on how to tackle our customers’ pain points. We meet for team nights on a monthly basis, preferably together with other teams that we closely work together with.

YOUR MISSION
- As part of our customer success team you will be involved in the onboarding of new customers and train new users of our platform
- Build trusted relationships with our existing customers and analyse customer information (e.g. feedback, behavior analysis etc.)
- Identify potential for investments in our customer relationships & upsell opportunities
- Communicate platform changes to our customers
- Prepare and join customer meetings (potentially abroad)
YOUR SKILLSET
- You are an enrolled student at least in the 4th semester
- You bring distinct communication skills in dealing with customers and the ability to inspire people
- You are a highly driven individual with strong analytical skills and an ambitious team player
- You get things done, learn fast and aim to grow professionally every day
- You are open to travel with the team to customers abroad
- You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
