The Product & Design Team consists of Product experts and Product Designers. Our team works closely with Customer Success and Sales to deliver business value to our customers through our product. We work in a remote-first, hybrid setup. This means that we work remotely with flexible in-office days for ideation workshops, design sprints and team events. Our team works on synergy. Each one of us has a unique experience that enriches the overall team.

Our team
We are a diverse team of Engineers (Frontend, Backend and Data Science) from six different nations. As our team not only consists of Dusseldorf-based engineers we are working fully remote, though we still meet in the office for company meetings, brainstorming sessions and team events. It is thus not required to live in Dusseldorf or nearby, we are happy to collaborate with colleagues from all around the world.

- Execute your own projects to identify growth opportunities & open up new markets and segments
- Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities & strategies to help improving the sales processes
- Support in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the metals industry and our company's solutions & support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

- You are an advanced semester student in the field of business administration, material science, engineering, or related fields
- You are a highly driven individual with strong analytical skills and a ambitious team player
