Naturally, our main objective in the Sales team is to generate leads and ensure those leads turn into successful customers. We follow an account-based sales approach and build long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust. As we are operating in a market with few competitors, it is not “just” a matter of convincing customers to use a different tool, but to transfer their "traditional" processes into the digital world in partnership with us.

  • Define & execute go-to-market strategy for Europe
  • Take responsibility for all business development & sales activities 
  • Organise and own regional marketing campaigns to generate sales qualified leads
  • Initiate & own the sales process for new customers from end-to-end
  • Represent Metalshub & travel to relevant in-person events
  • Build strong industry relations & work with top-level industry executives
  • Close large, strategic enterprise accounts


  • 2+ years of relevant business development & sales experience
  • Able to lead & own all aspects of B2B software sales
  • Gained experience in markets across Europe
  • Proven to built excellent client relationships at C-level of large corporates 
  • Comfortable discussing complex software solutions on a business level 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven track record to work independently
  • Able to speak one or more languages of the region
  • Great communicator in business English with excellent presentation skills
